个人简介
刘大松,博士,永利集团3044am官方入口副研究员,硕士生导师。主要从事牛乳、羊乳、驼乳及其它特种乳中功能组分的高效分离、健康功效评价与应用研究。主持十四五国家重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学基金、科学技术部高端外国专家引进计划等项目。以第一/通讯作者在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chemistry等期刊发表科研论文30余篇,授权中国发明专利10余项、美国发明专利1项,参编专著4部。
