孙嘉笛,博士,永利集团3044am官方入口副研究员,主要从事食品中食源性致病微生物和毒素的检测与控制研究。近年来围绕新型纳米材料合成、光电生物传感、合成表达识别元件的筛选及性能优化、微生物毒素控制技术等方面,以第一或通讯作者在Chemical Engineering Journal、Small、Biosensors and Bioelectronics、Analytical Chemistry和Food Chemistry等主流期刊发表SCI论文20余篇。以主要发明人授权国家发明专利12件,授权国际发明专利1件,参与制定行业标准3项。参编《食品安全学——应用与实践》、《食品微生物检测技术》等教材3部。主持“十三五”、“十四五”重点研发计划项目子课题、江苏省自然科学基金,中国博士后科学基金面上项目等国家和省部级科研项目。以第二完成人获得2020年中国商业联合会科技进步特等奖,以第一指导教师获得第十三届“挑战杯”中国大学生创业计划竞赛国家级银奖等多项奖励。
