个人简介
于群,女,博士,永利集团3044am官方入口,副研究员,主要从事食品营养与功能食品、果蔬加工、功能性成分的确定与应用等相关领域的研究工作。近年来,主持“中国博士后创新人才计划”、“国家自然科学基金(青年)”、“江苏省卓越博士后计划”、“中国博士后科学基金第72批面上项目”、“广西康养重点实验室开放课题”等纵向课题7项,作为项目骨干成员参与“国家自然科学基金委面上项目(21976070)”、“国家自然科学基金委面上项目(31871840)”等项目10余项。以第一作者发表学术论文20篇,其中以第一作者发表国际核心期刊(SCI)13篇,授权发明专利5项。
