叶展,工学博士,永利集团3044am官方入口副研究员。2013年和2016年于武汉轻工大学获食品科学与工程专业学士及硕士学位(油脂化学与加工方向),2020年6月获永利集团3044am官方入口博士学位(脂质营养与科学方向)。2019年至2020年在加拿大麦吉尔大学人类营养学院(McGill University)进行国家公派博士联合培养。
主要从事食用油绿色加工技术、食品脂质和功能因子评价、食用油品质和安全控制等方面的应用基础研究,致力于完善健康食用油脂绿色制造与评价体系。近年来在Trends Food Sci. Tech.,J. Agr. Food Chem.,Food Chem.,Food Funct.,Food Res. Int.等国内外主流期刊发表相关学术论文30余篇。主持或参与“十四五”国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目等10余项。参编《食品脂质》、《油脂生物科学与技术》、《菜籽油加工技术》、《木本油料加工技术》、《现代油脂工业发展》、《油茶籽加工技术》等粮油食品相关书籍和教材7部。
