►个人简介
彭池方,永利集团3044am官方入口教授、博士生导师。江苏省“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人;研究方向为食品质量安全监测、控制与提升技术。主持完成了十余项科技部攻关项目、国家自然科学基金面上等省部级项目。并在国内外期刊杂志上发表论文100余篇,其中以第一/通讯署名SCI收录论文40余篇;授权美国发明专利1项、中国发明专利15项。
